The Cool-n-Save, Commercial, AC Pre-Cooling System is a revolutionary new product that has taken the known benefits of “condenser pre-cooling” (reducing the temperature around the condenser for more efficient cooling) and incorporated them into the first economical, effective and AC friendly pre-cooler available for commercial use.

It works by cooling the condenser with a super fine mist, controlled by our patent pending, air activated switch and state of the art pump system. The system is synchronized with the operation of each AC condenser, so it is only on when the AC is running. The mist dramatically cools the AC coils, reducing the Head Pressure, Amp Draw, Output Temperature and Running Time, resulting in a reduction in energy use and cost of up to a 30%, with an average pay pack time of only 4 months.

How Much Can I Save?

The following test data is from actual Southern California Edison electricity bills for International Rubber Products’ Compton Facility, a 30,000 sq. ft. light industrial complex with 6 roof mounted condenser units. Testing was conducted July through August 2007 and 2008, using 2006 as the baseline for electricity usage. These are typical results but may vary depending on the size & type of AC unit plus a combination of climate & use.

What About Hard Water Scale & Water Use?

When engineering this system Cool n Save considered every condition and concern. They worked with the best companies and minds in the water treatment industry to come up with the most effective, cost efficient and eco-friendly way to eliminate hard water scale build up.

The result is a proprietary new filter technology that changes even the worst hard water scale into a benign, non-crystallizing dust, that does not build up on or harm the coils or nozzles.

As for water usage, Cool n Save's Ultra Low Flow Nozzles (approximately 0.5 gallons per/hr.) actually use less water than is used to create the extra electricity its saves.
