Absolutely. We offer secure online payment through Yahoo! Store accepting Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and Yahoo! Wallet. All online transactions through Yahoo! Store are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption (the same as most banks and brokerages).

When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

According to CNN, "...on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions," like orders placed by phone, FAX or mail.

We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant and much safer than ordering by phone.



If you order before 3:00 pm CST, your order (EXCEPT ARCTIC AND SOJOE PRODUCTS) will normally ship the next business day via the method you have chosen. We will choose the courier most suitable for your order. We use UPS for most orders.

ALL ARCTIC AND SOJOE PRODUCTS SHIP AS INDICATED ON EACH PRODUCT'S PAGE. ARCTIC PRODUCTS USUALLY SHIP IN 2 TO 3 DAYS (except during holiday periods when products usually ship within 10 days).

SOJOE PRODUCTS SHIP EVERY TUESDAY VIA UPS GROUND ONLY (Ground shipping is included in the price of our SoJoe FirePit products).

FOR ALL PRODUCTS EXCEPT ARCTIC AND SOJOE, THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE APPLIES.

"Next Day Air" should arrive 2 business days from the day you place your order (ships next business day plus 1 day in transit).

"2nd Day Air" should arrive 3 business days from the day you place your order (ships next business day plus 2 days in transit).

"3 Day Select" should arrive 4 business days from the day you place your order (ships next business day plus 3 days in transit).

For "Ground" shipping, please allow up to 6 business days from the day you place your order.

Our 40,000 BTU, Restaurant-style, Propane, Patio Heaters can increase the temperature of the surrounding air up to 30° F.

The heating abilities of our Wood-burning, Outdoor Fireplaces are harder to determine as the temperature varies with the kind and amount of wood, as well as, its condition.



Our 40,000 BTU, Restaurant-style, Propane, Patio Heaters can warm a circle 20 ft in diameter.



For best results, about 15 ft apart.



Our Restaurant-style, Propane, Patio Heaters provide the most consistant warmth over the greatest area and require little or no attention.

Our Wood-burning Fireplaces do not heat as evenly or as great an area and require more attention (adding and attending the wood), but they offer the smell, sound, and charm of a crackling fire. To many, attending the fire is part of the appeal.



Our, Full-sized, 40,000 BTU, Restaurant-style, Propane, Patio Heaters can burn for 10 to 12 hours on a standard 20 lb propane cylinder.

Our Table-top Heaters will burn 2 to 3 hours on a standard 16.4 oz. (Coleman style) propane cylinder.

All of our propane heaters feature automatic, shut-off valves that stop the flow of gas if tipped over.



We are authorized distributors of Cloudburst, Cool Draft, Mist & Cool, and Mist 'n Go outdoor cooling products and Arctic, SoJoe, and Whalen outdoor heating products. We sell online only, delivered directly to your home or business. Some stores in some areas may carry some of the products that we offer, but most items will not be available locally.



We do not currently ship our outdoor heaters outside the 50 U.S. states.
