Our Portable, Battery Operated, Insect Spray System comes with everything you need to create an insect free outdoor setting.The System is completely self contained and controls flying and crawling insects by automatically releasing a short duration spray of mist, which contains a dilute amount of insecticide and water. The spray is emitted through nozzles placed throughout the area where control is desired. The interval and length of spray time for your specific situation and location are easily set with the automatic digital timer. Effective insect control can be accomplished with as little as a 30 second spray 4 to 5 times a day. The system is perfect for horse trailers, RVs, campers, travel trailers, picnic grounds, barns, campsites, or any other outdoor location, because it is powered by a rechargeable 12 volt battery and needs no electricity. And, the key ingredients in the specially formulated insecticide (pyrethrum, permethrin and PBO) have been used safely and effectively for over 60 years with no signs of insect resistance. SYSTEM DETAILS: • Container and Lid – 2 ½ gallon capacity polyethylene container and lid. The pump/motor, battery and digital timer are all mounted underneath the removable lid. The lid is held in place with nickel plated thumbscrews. The container is filled with insecticide Concentrate and water through the fill hole at the back of the container. The container also has two hand grips built into each side for easy handling and carrying. • 12v Pump is a positive displacement 3 chamber diaphragm pump. A check valve prevents a Reverse flow and 6 foot head forward flow. Adjustable shut-off range 140-160 psi. Factory set pressure @ 150 psi. • Programmable Digital 12v Timer can be set to spray at 8 different intervals per day with durations from 1 to 99 seconds. Timer also has a Test button for checking the system. Test runs for 30 seconds. Timer will remember the settings when turned off. • Battery is 12v-7 Amp Hour and is rechargeable. • The battery and the timer are mounted to an aluminum bracket that is mounted to the container. An On/Off switch is also mounted on this bracket. • The battery charger is 12v 500 mA Sealed Lead acid charger with leads. • Nickel plated nozzles (3) include a filter, a removable tip and generally operate @ 120 psi. These nozzles will control an area of approximately 600 SF. System has capacity to handle 10 nozzles. Nozzles should be spaced approximately 10 feet apart. • ¼” High Pressure Nylon tubing (50 feet). Tubing will withstand pressure up 250 psi. Tubing is also ultra-violet resistant. | |
