Body: The only problem I encountered was on the delivery end of my purchase. The FedEx driver left the item upstairs on my deck, even though I was home when he came. He never rang the bell, knocked on the door, etc. He just left the package and drove off. By the time I got to the door, he was out of my driveway and on his way. The 65 lb. item was for the back yard, so he brought it upstairs for nothing, leaving me with the chore of getting it back downstairs. The package did come on time, however, and in good condition. My overall experience was fine. |

Fred Edlin, Customer Service Guy, was most helpful in arranging for shipment after we returned home. We received the merchandise as expected and are happy with our purchase. In a time when the phrase Customer Service sometimes seems to be an oxymoron, Patio Comforts shines in that department. I only wish every company I deal with had a Fred on its team.
